Need 1 Day only - 7a-7p (Day time Hospitalists chose not to sign on)
Need 2 Nocturnist - 7p-7a (NOC moved to days, 1 for growth)
7 on 7 off schedule
Census: 45 ppd (shared b/w nocturnist, dayside HOS & APRN's)
Autonomous: each APRN or HOS has their own patient load (rounding, admissions, discharges)
EMR: Meditech (transition to EPIC in 2019)
Closed ICU with specialty support
Must have ACLS and be comfortable with central lines - will train on lines if they are comfortable or currently doing them
2 Pulm/CC on staff, so lines won't be every shift
Code team in place, but need to be comfortable on a Rapid Response team
Patient Mix: 80% adult medical / 20% surgical
Higher geriatric patient panel vs. adults

Guaranteed base DOE + bonus

Base salary tiered on below:
Days only, NO specialty/fellowship = $235,000
Days only + specialty/fellowship = $250,000
Nocturnist = $270,000
Bonus: up to 6% of salary, quality metrics
Quality vs. quantity driven, no standard RVU's

Signing bonus (negotiable): typically $5,000 retention bonus after 6 months & $5,000 retention bonus after 12 month
Relocation $2500: only for physicians moving from outside of CT
Tuition Reimbursement
CME: 1 week + $5,000
