We are looking for Healthcare claims experts to join our team to drive growth and be part of the Managed Care group focused on delivering innovative solutions to our healthcare payer clients. The role will work very closely with the product development, implementation and QA teams to craft unique healthcare solutions using the Claims Administration Platform (CAP) and Conduents other proprietary solution offering for the Healthcare value chain.
Become an expert on the Claims Administration Platform
Work closely with existing clients in resolving their service issues and enhancement requests
Analyze competition and industry trends and provide inputs to improve functionality of the CAP
Define best practices for claims processing for commercial and government health plans
Acts as an advisor to clients and subject matter expert on CAP
Work with account management teams to seek inputs and provide advisory services when required
Participate and/or lead client implementations
Degree or equivalent
Strong Healthcare experience, Third Party Administration experience will be an advantage
Deep experience with at least one Health Claims Platform in the past 5 years
Experience of at least one end to end CAP implementation in the past 5 years
Thorough understanding of the Healthcare value chain and associated third party vendors
In depth understanding of the end to end project lifecycle
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of the importance for detail and organization
Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
A strong customer centric approach.
Is effective in unifying and creating teams of people with disparate skills
Is energetic, determined, positive, goal focused and consistent - even under pressure
Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances.
